Our love story.

Dave and I met in college, at a snowboard club meeting. He was super handsome but his roommate assured me he had a girlfriend. I saw him occasionally the next few years, and although we both agree that during those years every time we saw each other we felt a connection, nothing happened. Then in senior year I threw a Halloween party but ended up chasing him across town because he told me he wanted to meet up with me, but his friend wanted to hit the bars. He still teases me that playing hard-to-get worked.

Three important details about our Ultimate Wedding.

We are planning a winter wedding in Colorado. As long as the sun is out we will be getting married in the snow. I plan on wearing white furry boots under my wedding dress. The three most important parts of our wedding besides the snow are: nature (everything is inspired by the outdoors), fun (our centerpieces are s’more making kits), and skiing (our location is a cross country ski resort, and is down the road from Winter Park ski resort).

Our everyday dream day.

Everyday with Dave is a perfect day. He is my best friend, my backcountry ski companion, my trusted belayer for rock-climbing, and the only man who can keep up with me on a snowboard. Our everyday dream day includes riding through chest deep powder, followed by some après ski and great food, then a dip in a hot tub, a bottle of wine, and a comfy bed.
