Crate and Barrel's Ultimate Wedding Contest

Our love story.

Both Matt and I found ourselves working in a theatre, not sure how or why our lives brought us there. Fresh out of college we were looking for what's next; not knowing the rest of our lives would find us. He a Box Office Manager and I a ticket window associate. The stage was set for a future we never could have planned. We soon realized we had some special and Matt will forever be my heart throb as I am his leading lady.

Three important details about our Ultimate Wedding.

Fall of this year, a time of abundant favor yet humble thanksgiving. My family lives scattered while Matt's all local; our goal is to have as many friends and family as possible though many must travel. We have planned our reception where everyone can stay, a weekend of celebration and as much time together. Our vows will be exchanged in Matt's family's church, then our limo awaits just as the sun will settle. In a tent full of party, a big band and dancing. We will toast those who love us and have led us by exmaple.

Our everyday dream day.

In our house, just us. After a long week day we settle into our weekend. The warmth of a fire on our cozy couch. A big bowl of pasta, wine and brownie ice cream for later. Matt tells me stories of him as a child, I laugh and I cry then we switch as story teller. Then we pick a movie and snuggle up together. No deadlines, no phone calls or emails either- enjoying our home and time together as we think about our future.
