Our love story.

During college, Jim’s quick wit and willingness to always walk Kelly home after hanging out with friends left a lasting impression. Years later Kelly and Jim reconnected and the sparks were undeniable. That winter Jim took Kelly to a park to build a snowman and drink hot chocolate. He wrote their names in the snow and Kelly was completely smitten. This past December Jim surprised Kelly by recreating that date. He got down on one knee and wrote ‘Will You Marry Me?’ into the snow beneath a large lit tree. Kelly said ‘YES'!

Three important details about our Ultimate Wedding.

Our mutual love for music makes a live band a part of our ideal wedding. Great food to share with our close friends and family is also something we would rank high on our list. The most important detail for us would be to have a short ceremony. I have a heart condition (NCS) that makes standing in place for a long time very difficult (don’t want to pass out and wrinkle my dress!). Other than that we don’t care when or where we get married, we’re just excited to start our life together.

Our everyday dream day.

Our every day dream day would start by grabbing lunch outside somewhere since we love to be outdoors. Later we would play tennis and I would talk a good game but Jim would probably end up winning (I’m terrible at tennis!). We would follow that by making a nice home cooked meal. I would prepare the meat and Jim would cut the vegetables. We’d eat while listening to music and enjoy a nice bottle of wine. After dinner we’d go to a baseball game or hockey game depending on the season!
