Our love story.

When James and Nita first met, she didn’t think anything of it. But James had other plans. He finagled a seat at her table for a mutual friend’s wedding. They hit it off, and she caught the bouquet at the friend’s wedding. When they parted after the wedding, Nita was sad that she wouldn’t see him again. But James called! They’ve grown even closer despite the distance of DC to NYC, then Boston, then Philly. Finally, at Nita’s sister’s wedding, she caught the bouquet again. James proposed the very next weekend.

Three important details about our Ultimate Wedding.

We want to have a beautiful and memorable wedding where our friends and family will all be able to attend in Richmond or Atlanta. We want the location to be natural, beautiful, fun and interesting. We want our guests to be wowed by great food that tastes as good as it looks, and we want everyone to be able to kick back and enjoy themselves and then get up and dance the night away with us.

Our everyday dream day.

We would wake up late and make chocolate chip pancakes together with a side of chick-fil-A chicken biscuits. It would be beautiful outside so we go to the beach and lay by the water and go for a swim. For lunch, James would have chicken fingers, and Nita would have tuna tartare and assorted sushi. At dinner, we would sit out on the deck and have appetizers of diver scallops and oysters, and a main course of steak and lobster. Dessert would be perfectly moist chocolate chip cookies and chocolate lava cake.
