Crate and Barrel's Ultimate Wedding Contest

Our love story.

Even though we're both from Colorado, it took us years to find each other. We went to the same college in California, were the same year in school, and even had a class together; but it wasn't until a year after we graduated that we started dating. One week after we were finally “official”, Tim's home burned down in a wildfire. Somehow among all the hullabaloo, Tim and I realized our unusual timing couldn’t have been more perfect. There’s nothing like a little chaos to show you what’s really important. A year later, we're engaged!

Three important details about our Ultimate Wedding.

Weddings are celebrations!! Our wedding is our day to become united in Christ as husband and wife. Is is also our goal to make sure our family and friends can relax, enjoy themselves, and feel special and loved. We want to give back to those who have invested their time, love, and wisdom into our lives individually, and as a couple. A ceremony and reception that highlight the beauty of Colorado is our dream. Decorations would be antique, rustic, and unique...with jars and candles everywhere!

Our everyday dream day.

Our perfect day would ALWAYS begin with some good espresso. After a lazy morning of lingering over breakfast and lots of laughter, it’s go-time! Whether it’s hopping in the car to see where the road takes us, spending the day enjoying creation, or running errands, it’s always fun to have a partner in crime! Dinner would either involve trying a new restaurant, or trying our hand in the kitchen (always interesting!). Our goal is to end each day having loved one another as best we can, always fully aware and thankful for what we have.
