Our love story.
I knew Cathy, who knew Sue, who knew Oreet, who knew Karen who knew Greg, but it took 7 years until we met. At Karen’s party we talked for an hour, discovering that we both play violin and love the LeClair duets. Greg went home with my phone number and soon had it memorized. Three years later we’re planning our wedding. However, decisions about caterers and invitations were interrupted recently by a rare cancer diagnosis. Now, the only thing that matters is that I survive so that we can spend a lifetime making beautiful music together.
Three important details about our Ultimate Wedding.
We envision getting married under a beautiful chuppah, in an intimate garden with all our friends and family beside us. Then, we celebrate with music, dancing, fine wine, a gourmet dinner and Oregon berry cobbler. Our wedding will be the ultimate celebration of love and particularly life. Additionally, I hope to get a snazzy wig to replicate my own hair.
Our everyday dream day.
Our dream day starts leisurely with breakfast, the crossword puzzle and coffee. We head out to the backyard to play scrabble and tend to our vegetable garden. Then, we take a walk to the top of Mt. Tabor overlooking beautiful southeast Portland. We head home to practice the Thai recipes we learned last summer on the island of Koh Phangan over a nice glass of local Oregon wine.
