Crate and Barrel's Ultimate Wedding Contest

Our love story.

We met on NYE. As I was finishing up my drink this guy asked me to hand him a list I was standing near. I asked what it was for, he explained that it was a sign up sheet for a game at the party and offered to sign me up. He asked my name and he wrote MELISSA on the paper. Then he wrote a + sign underneath it. Then ADAM below that and explained that we are now in a relationship. We laughed and talked well past when the last guest left and have been together every since.

Three important details about our Ultimate Wedding.

Water, fresh air and friends are the 3 key areas to the wedding of our dreams. I grew up on sail boats and outdoors so on our wedding day we thought why not incorporate both. A 151 foot schooner and a 6,000 foot tent to be placed on the coast of Maine.

Our everyday dream day.

We rise early and heading down to our BYOB breakfast/lunch restaurant on the beach. We greet all guests always thanking them for their business while escorting them to our mimosa and bloody mary bar. Evenings are for sharing time together at the dinner table and relaxing.
