Our love story

We met in college and after eight years of dating, he popped the question. It was my birthday and he had created and planned a scavenger hunt throughout the city. The proposal happened at dinner, when I had to complete another puzzle. Of course I said yes! Then we headed out for drinks and upon arriving, I was surprised with a flurry of hugs and congratulations from family and friends. My fiancé had secretly gathered everyone to celebrate the special occasion with us! It was a night to remember!

Three important details about our ultimate wedding.

1. We would love to have an elegant indoor wedding with an outdoor feel with lots of natural sunlight, greenery, and a great view surrounding us.

2. Another element that needs to surround us is our friends and families - an extravagant wedding but also intimate enough to be able to celebrate with everyone we love.

3. We would also like to incorporate some cultural traditions into a classic American wedding, which reflects both our backgrounds and the way we’ve been brought up.

Our ultimate dream home.

Having grown up in a big city, I love the look of a modern, contemporary home. To me, it’s very clean and provides a sense of serenity. My fiancé, however, grew up in a small town with no more than 5,000 people. He loves a home that is comfortable with a country feel, where he is able to relax. Our dream home together will include both my love of a contemporary home and his of a more rustic home. It will be filled with traditional classics of a more rustic nature with a modern, uptown twist.
