Our love story

I left Chicago for LA 6 years ago to be closer to family and most importantly my sick Mom. I wasn’t looking for love but fate prevailed. An absent minded move of leaving my credit card at a bar lead to the first encounter with the love of my life. Our first date consisted of drinking beers and watching football. It has been 5+ years since the perfect 1st date and we haven’t left each others side since. I did lose my Mom, however have gained an unbelievably caring extended family, the Pietrzak’s.

Three important details about our ultimate wedding.

LIVE.LAUGH.LOVE. I want to live knowing I gave Laura the wedding she deserves, she is my rock.(This entry is a surprise)
We want to be surrounded by laughter & everlasting memories. Think heartfelt dancing, delicious wine, stories galore and family and friends bonding under the most ambient lighting of candles, lanterns and twinkle lights.
We want to be surrounded by love. Vail, Colorado is centrally located to accommodate our wide-spread family and friends. My mom was also laid to rest here.

Our Dream Home Cocktail Recipe
Two Parts Zen (Dark wood, clean lines, polished rock and waterfalls)
One Part Beach (Shabby chic, rustic wood, white coral, and accents of sea inspired color tones)
A spash of Red Wine (A walk-in wine cellar with a tasting table)
Top it off with a little Southern Comfort (A large chefs kitchen to prepare family style meals)
