Our love story

To Miranda, being a busy college girl, the thought of yard work seemed daunting. Josh stopped by the house with a group of friends one day and right away had his eye on her. Knowing she was a hairstylist as well, he cleverly bartered to cut her lawn for a haircut as a way to come by more often. A trim for a trim and our story began… Through endless talks at night, laughing til our bellies hurt, and dreaming our future together, we’ve found true and endless love.

Three important details about our ultimate wedding.

1)Flowers flowers flowers! A jazzy garden party along Michigan’s coastline. We want vivid colors with a natural and comfortable cottage feel mixed with oversized centerpieces, chandeliers, and a tasty signature drink.

2)To incorporate our love for both of our families. Having welcoming lounge areas for people to mingle and catch up including a midnight snack.

3)For all of our friends and family to be able to join us. We want everyone to be able to come and enjoy our special day!

Our ultimate dream home.

Full of color. Seasonal. Warm and inviting. When people come in they want to sit down and not feel like they cant touch anything! Very touchable. The bedrooms to feel peaceful. The kitchen to be open and smell fresh and inviting, bringing in seasonal flowers. Lots of color, texture and patterns and also keeping balance in the room.
